Statement records: what companies said, and what AI repeats

When a software company is acquired, breached or renamed, buyers ask AI about it within days. 417 dated records so far: what each company published, where, on which date, and what ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode answered.

If your company is in one of these events and an engine is still telling buyers the old story, start with your record.

Published statements and recorded answers on stated dates. Not a ranking, not a security assessment and not a judgment of the companies.

How a record is built

Each record prints the status in the company's own words, the statement link and date, the frozen copy we compared answers against (with its retrieval time and SHA-256), a change log and the recorded AI answers with the study's own labels. A news report never sets a status.
