The release data, method, and download files are public so the evidence can be read and cited without JavaScript. Every figure is published with its base and its 95% interval.
The Index records observed answers on stated dates. It is not a ranking, and it is not a measure of service quality or product merit.
How vendors enter the checked set
The selection rule is published per category on the method page, and the set is fixed before any answer is collected.
If a vendor disputes a result
A named vendor may request one same-configuration re-run per release at no charge; both results are published side by side, with no silent replacement. The full policy is on the method page.
Commissioned engagements
Whether any vendor in a category is a Broadcastwell client is stated on that category page and on the method page.
