Index Verified
A claimed record. Free for every checked vendor.
Index Verified means a company proved control of the canonical domain printed in its record with one DNS TXT record. No verification email, no fee. A work email and private retention consent are required. Nothing a claimant writes is published, and a claim changes no observation.
What a claimed record gives you:
- The Index Verified mark with the claim date on your record.
- Badge code for your own site: listed or named, light or dark, small or large, pinned to a release or following the latest. The engines form prints how many of the five engines named you. Text names only, no logos.
- A free one-page Index Brief: your record read out by engine and by question, who was named instead where you lost, and your vendor domain citations.
- A dispute route and one same-configuration re-run per release at no cost. Both results are published side by side, the original first.
- Alias corrections.
- Record alerts when a new release publishes your record.
The climb. A Broadcastwell client that opts in shows its named count release by release with the engagement start marked and the line "Broadcastwell client since <month>". The numbers are measured under the same method as every other record.
Measured, not bought. No payment changes any number on the Index. Claims, badges, corrections, the Index Brief and one re-run per release cost nothing. Getting one company measured fresh, with receipts and fixes, is the $490 Category Audit at broadcastwell.com.
