Published observations contain company and product information. Record requests and Record Watch contacts remain private.
Record Watch
We store your email, the vendor and category you follow, consent and confirmation dates, subscription expiry and the last release notified. A matching email domain is a lead flag, not proof that you control the company. Confirmed vendor watchers may be reviewed by Broadcastwell for relevant follow-up, subject to the permission you give. An alert subscription alone is not permission for marketing outreach.
Confirm your email before release alerts begin. Each alert includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing deletes the watch record. Contacts expire after 24 months and are removed on requests, exports and the next scheduled daily purge. Provider backups follow their own retention.
Record Watch is separate from The Absence Report newsletter. Substack handles newsletter signup under its own privacy policy.
Public lookups
The Index lookup service returns published release data only. It stores no personal data or query history in an application database. The hosting provider may process network requests under its service policies.
